Grapevine Bar Catering
Grapevine staff has proven to be very professional. The staff adheres to the company Save Alcohol Serving policy, as published on the Grapevine web site. The bartenders apply the T.I.P.S. training and obey the Michigan Liquor Control Code. The bartenders have demonstrated the ability to identify potential underage drinkers, tailgating, over intoxication, and improper use of identification.

The Grapevine clearly explains to the customer that quests who appear to be under age will be carded and can not be served without proper identification, and that the bartenders will be enforcing the Safe Serving Policy and monitoring the intoxication levels of all guests.

The bartenders provide a touch of class with floor and table service during each and every event. Insuring that the tables are kept clear of empty drink cups, and taking drink orders at the table is very impressive and a clear indication that the Grapevine takes pride in those extra steps necessary to insure quality service for the guests of each and every customer.

Each and every one of the Grapevine staff went above and beyond the duties during the reservation process and the actual event. The bartenders and servers where more than accommodating and demonstrated the willingness and ability to lend a hand to the other vendors when needed.

It was very encouraging to witness a very professional and well-managed alcohol service in the wedding reception area. The host was able to enjoy the evening knowing that the bar was in good hands and maintaining a safe and pleasurable environment for all of their guests. Two thumbs up for the Grapevine and all their bartenders and wait staff.

Finally a bar service that understands the obligations of operating a safe bar and the responsibilities of serving alcohol as well as the importance of providing quality service.

Save yourself some headaches, money, and aggravation, say NO to Uncle Bob and all the bartender wannabes, book the Grapevine and enjoy your next hosted event.
